Excellent for underfloor heating & compatible with all floor types
Our screed is one of the best thermal conductors, providing the best performance for underfloor heating. The liquid screed encases the underfloor heating pipes, which allows for the efficient transfer of heat. And because it is a great thermal conductor, it retains heat for longer when compared to concrete, meaning it is an energy-efficient material to use on your flooring.
We use the highest quality screed, supplied by Cemfloor, that is compatible with all floor types, including carpet, timber, laminate, ceramic tiles, and vinyl. Once dried, you will be able to lay your flooring of choice directly on the liquid screed.
Smooth, even finishes
The screed we use is a self-compacting and self-leveling material. As it is a flowing liquid, it will easily fill the space available, finding and setting its level to create a smooth and even finish for you to lay your flooring on.
A consistent surface ensures uniformity across the floor, reducing the likelihood of bumps or uneven areas that could lead to problems with the final flooring installation.

Our liquid screed has a dry time of 21 days. However, it can take foot traffic 24 to 48 hours after it has been laid.
